Presidency University introduced its own Judiciary Club in 2021 for materializing the dreams of its students in better way The Judiciary Club at the School of Law, Presidency University provides a means for students to interact beyond the classroom, engage in an intellectual exchange and serve their fellow students and communities.
About the Quiz Competition
Judiciary Club of School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru is organizing its 1st Edition of National Level Law Quiz Competition to help all the Judicial Services aspirants to explore the arena of different laws in India.
The main objective behind organizing this event is to encourage the law students to widen their knowledge regarding various aspects of criminal and constitutional law. This initiative will strengthen their grip on landmark cases and various provisions of this core law subject.
The competition is all set to take the stage on November 25, 2022, a day prior to November 26, 2022, which is marked as the “Constitution Day”, at the campus of Presidency University, Bengaluru through offline mode.
Eligibility

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Law students, from all disciplines, may participate in individual capacity from all over India who is interested to be a part of judicial services.

This quiz competition is also open for all Students/ Research Scholars/ Competitive Exam Aspirants.

The quiz shall take place through offline mode.

The competition will comprise of one single round.

The type of questions shall be multiple choice questions (MCQ).

There shall be 100 multiple-choice questions in total.

Each correct answer will fetch 2 marks and Negative 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.

A total of 120 minutes shall be provided to each participant to complete the test.

Participants are required to report at the venue of the competition 30 minutes in prior.
General Rules

The Chair on the All India National Law Quiz Competition (“The Chair”) shall be the Organizing Body for the All India National Level Quiz Competition which is the School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru on November 25, 2022.

The Chair has the sole discretion to enforce, clarify, interpret the rules; resolve any disputes that may arise during the competition and has the power to change/supplement the rules, if any changes or supplements are necessary.

Each participant shall mandatorily provide one valid email address to the Chair at the time of registration – the onus is on each participant to ensure that all details are furnished properly.

The Chair shall bear no responsibility in case any participant does not receive any communication, due to any reason whatsoever.

There is no registration fee for participation.

Registration will close at 11:59:59 PM on November 20, 2022.

The participants are required to fill in the details correctly in the Google form.

The mail ID and the contact information of the participant must be checked before the submission of the form.
