This 2-day, 4-hour online Bootcamp on “Basics of International Commercial Arbitration” will help you understand and gain in-depth knowledge of international commercial arbitration. About The Instructor
Arpit Guru is BA.LLB (Hons.) (Gold Medalist) from HNLU, Raipur, and LLM from New York University School of Law and specializes in commercial dispute resolution and arbitration. He has participated in several landmark cases in the fields of banking, taxation, real estate, trade & Investment, and Constitutional law. Arpit has worked in the legal field both in India and in the US, where he brings 7 years of legal experience to the firm. He is licensed to practice mediation in the State of New York and also certified to practice as a Company Secretary for companies having paid-up capital of fewer than 10 crores in India.
