About MNLUA’s CCLG
The Centre for Constitutional Law and Governance at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad has been set up with the sole intention to function as a premier research Centre in the state and the country. The Constitution is the grund norm in today’s modern democracies and every person irrespective of their occupation must be aware of their constitutional rights and duties.
About the Blog
MNLUA’s CCLG blog has been established as an endeavour to provide an accessible platform for contemporary constitutional discourse through a meticulous selection and editing process.
Theme
The CCLG Blog accepts submissions on a rolling basis that fall within the domain of Constitutional Law and Governance and is not limited to India. Submissions dealing with other jurisdictions are welcome and encouraged. Entries which come up with a creative and enriching outlook on contemporary constitutional issues will be appreciated.
Eligibility
They are glad to invite posts from students, researchers, academicians and legal practitioners to further deliberation in Constitutional Law.
Registration/Submission Procedure
Submission Guidelines

The Centre invites all students, academicians and professionals to contribute to the Blog. Submissions can be made according to the guidelines provided hereinafter:

Submissions can be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes.

The title of the Submissions should not exceed 12 words.
-
Submissions should be in the range of 1300-1500 words to enhance their effectiveness and in MS Word format.

Submissions must be the original work of the person making the submission.

Submissions should not include footnotes or endnotes. Only hyperlinks are allowed.

If other sources are referred to or cited, the same should be attached in the form of a hyperlink.

For visual ease, subheadings are necessary.

Submissions should be analytical in nature and should not merely be of descriptive nature and they should have a clear angle and central argument.

The use of active voice is encouraged; the blog must have one voice throughout.

A submission can have a maximum of two co-authors.

The email shall contain clearly specified details of the author(s) i.e. name, year of study/profession and institution.
-
Submissions should not contain the names or any other distinguishing details of the authors.
-
The review of the submissions will be a blind peer-review process conducted by the Centre.

Any changes necessary to be incorporated into the submissions shall be communicated via email.

Acceptance and publication of the submissions shall be communicated via email.
How to Submit?

Submissions may be sent to the Centre for Constitutional Law and Governance at its Email Id cclg@mnlua.ac.in in word format only.

Submissions made to the CCLG Blog may be cross-posted but after obtaining permission from the Centre through email.
