About the Call for Papers
The family system has always been the backbone of Indian society since time immemorial. With the advent of economic liberalisation and globalization,
Indians have witnessed several changes in the family setup. Keeping in view this shift, the Centre for Comparative Studies in Personal Laws is planning to come up with a publication on contemporary issues emerging in the Indian Family System and reflecting on the core concerns and ethical issues that prevent in modern Indian society.
Eligibility
Research-based papers/articles are invited from academicians, practitioners and scholars from the field of law and related areas.

Submission Guidelines

The papers must be genuinely ORIGINAL. In case, any other author is quoted, the citation is a must.

Papers need to be restricted to a maximum of 6000 words excluding footnote counts. A 4 size, 12 pt size, MS Word, Times New Roman font 1.5 line space.
