About Ranka Public Charitable Trust
The Trust was set up by Late Dr N.M. Ranka, Senior Advocate in the year 1980. The Trust has pioneered the concept of Moot Court Competitions in the State of Rajasthan.
About Moot Court Competition
The organizers of the event recognized the need for a hybrid platform at this time in the competition, where law students can be a part of a platform where they can draft, plead, and showcase their mooting skills.
This Competition is conceived with the aim of promoting & developing skills about the procedure followed by the appellate court and testing the knowledge of the law students across the nation.
The organizers are positive that the participants will show zeal and enthusiasm in this event and will get to experience powerful arguments from the law students who are on the path of becoming the established advocates in the coming time.
Eligibility
-
The competition is open to bona fide students pursuing a five-year or three-year LLB programme from the recognised University or Institute.

Each Law College/ University shall be eligible to send one team.

The students from different Universities/institutes are not allowed to form an Inter-College, Team.
Registration Procedure

Payment shall be made through this link.

The receipt of the online bank transfer must be attached in the Registration form itself.

Each team shall comprise three (3) members ONLY i.e. Two (2) speakers and one (1) researcher.

The role of the participants shall remain the same throughout the competition.
