About GCADR
The GNLU Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution [GCADR] was established in the year 2010 at the Gujarat National Law University and is consistently working with an aim to impart knowledge, give training and encourage high-quality cutting-edge research and bridge the gap between academia and industry. The centre has been organising training programmes, certificate courses, conferences and seminars since its inception.
For promoting ADR culture among the students, academicians and practitioners, GCADR organises many lecture series on the topics of ADR. As part of the online lecture series on Arbitration Law, GCADR is organising the following online sessions:
Session on ‘Virtual Arbitration’: Friday, July 29, 2022, 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM
Session on ‘Future of Institutional Arbitration in India’: Saturday, July 30, 2022, 11 AM to 12 Noon

Mr. Devarsh Saraf, incoming LL.M. Student of Columbia Law School and Co-founder and Editor of Arbdossier shall be the speaker.
The session shall be an interactive session and no certificates shall be provided for the same.
