The length of the manuscript is exclusive of the footnotes.

The manuscript should be in (.doc) or (.docx) format only. (pdf) submissions are not accepted.

The manuscript should be in Times New Roman 12-point font with 1.5 line spacing. The footnotes shall be in Times New Roman 10-point font with single-line spacing.

All citations should be in the footnotes. In-text citations/endnotes are not accepted.

All Footnotes should conform to The BlueBook 21st Edition.
