About the University
IMS Unison University (IUU), formerly Institute of Management Studies, is a private university located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. It offers academic programs at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in different streams of management, mass communication, law, hospitality management, and liberal arts.
About the Event
The Literary Club of IMS Unison University is organizing its first Inter-University Literature Festival, UDGAAR,” which involves a series of events. UDGAAR is set to create a platform for learning, creative activities, engagement, and innovation for students coming from different universities and colleges in India.
There are a total of 5 events involving both written as well as on-stage events, which are as follows:
General Details
Who is it for?
The competition is open for all the students enrolled in UG, PG or PhD programs of any affiliated university or colleges.
General Rules

For participating in the above events, kindly follow the link given below and fill in your details properly.

There is no registration fee and students must upload a picture of their university/college ID Card on the registration link.

Please keep in mind that partially filled forms will automatically be disqualified.
For team events – Quiz and Debate – there must be a common registration for both participants.

Single registration in team events will be automatically disqualified.

The contact details must be correct and reachable. The mobile number must preferably be a WhatsApp number.

Individuals are encouraged to participate in as many events as possible, except that the Debate and Creative Writing events which will happen simultaneously.

To ensure fairness, the participants should not wear their college uniforms. The participants must be dressed decently in either proper formals or ethnic wear.

Participants should carry their College/University ID Cards on the day of the festival.
Important Dates

The last date for registration and sending video clips for Preliminary Round for Tarq (Debate) and Unfiltered (Open Mic) is 1st September 2023.

The last date of registration for Kalamkaar (Creative Writing), Jigyasa (Quiz), and Cinematique (Film Review) is 7 th September 2023. Spot registration is also available for these events (except Tarq and Unfiltered) between 10 am -11 am on 9th September 2023.
