CCIT, Karnataka, and Goa saw the region surpass Delhi to become the second-highest tax collection area in the country.
He has played an essential role as DGIT (Inv) and detected the highest concealed income, got the most increased disclosure, and ensured the highest seizure of assets in the country. He has also started many best practices in the functioning of the investigation wing.
His expertise extends beyond taxation, as he holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and authored a book on stock market derivatives. He is presently Sr. Advisor with Dhruva Advisors and Chairman of the Metropolitan Stock Exchange Governing Board.
