About the Webinar

This webinar shall engage deliberations from Industry Experts on matters concerning the law and policy relating to electronic financial fraud.

In an era where technology is constantly advancing, electronic financial fraud has become a major concern for individuals and organizations. Understanding the risks and developing effective countermeasures is crucial to safeguarding our financial systems. Citizens must be aware of the preventive mechanisms, institutions involved in grievance redressal, and the process involved in reporting and recovery.

The webinar is organized under the aegis of a Project on Pan India Legal Literacy and Legal Awareness Programme granted to CEERA-NLSIU by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India under the Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access in Justice (DISHA) Scheme
