About Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Hall, Aligarh Muslim University
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Hall, Aligarh Muslim University is one of the residential halls of the university consisting of several hostels. The residents belong to mainly but not restricted to Faculty of Law, AMU.
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Hall started functioning in the academic session of 2008-2009. The Dining Hall, Common Room, Reading Room, Gymnasium and games facilities are available in the Hall along with holistic activities for the inmates.
About Training & Placement Office (General), AMU
The Training & Placement Office (General) established in March, 2012 headed by Mr. Saad Hameed aims to provide Placements & Corporate Interface for the students of the University. The objective of the cell is to make the students aware about the job opportunities and help them get placed.
In the last nine years, Training & Placement Office (General)has been successfully able to place students of different courses & has invited reputed MNCs from , Social Sector, Information Technology, Manufacturing, ITES, Media, , Services, Banking & Finance, Law, etc.
The Training & Placement Office (General) looks after the Campus Placements of the Non-Engineering Courses of the University & Coordinates with the respective departmental TPO’s regarding the Placement & related activities
