Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handling the Alternative Investment Fund Compliances. This would include:
• Assist the fund managers for preparing the compliance report
• Review of compliance report of alternative investment fund and report the non-compliances to management as well as SEBI if any
• Liaise with legal and operation team for various matters pertaining to the regulatory requirements
• Assisting in preparing reports, maintaining data and track the updates on real time basis
• Facilitate due diligence and follow up with clients for ensuring timely compliance with regulators
• Helping in coordination with inter department team members
• Sound knowledge about Alternative investment Funds & regulations

Qualification

• Semi Qualified CS, Qualified CS/LLB
