Assistant Manager - Corporate Legal

Job Description:

Qualification & Experience

• LLB

• 3-5 years of experience with excellent track record at a reputed law firm and / or in-house legal department of a large organisation.

• The candidate must have strong expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts

• Be able to advise on day to day operational and business issues including legal metrology, employment and labour issues, consumer complaints etc.

• Have experience of ensuring organisational compliance with laws and governance practices.

• The candidate should be able to analyse and make presentations on key legal developments including new legislations and judicial pronouncements to senior management and business teams.

• The candidate should have knowledge of commercial, civil, property, consumer and labour laws.

• Good to have but not a must: Dealing with FMCG or manufacturing industry.
