3-5 years of experience with excellent track record at a reputed law firm and / or in-house legal department of a large organisation.
The candidate must have strong expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts
Be able to advise on day to day operational and business issues including legal metrology, employment and labour issues, consumer complaints etc.
Have experience of ensuring organisational compliance with laws and governance practices.
The candidate should be able to analyse and make presentations on key legal developments including new legislations and judicial pronouncements to senior management and business teams.
The candidate should have knowledge of commercial, civil, property, consumer and labour laws.
Good to have but not a must: Dealing with FMCG or manufacturing industry.
