Litigation handling experience in matters relating to Consumer Law, Criminal Law, Civil suits, Writs etc.
Well-versed in drafting legal notices, cease and desist notices, petitions, appeals, replies to Section 91 notices, etc.
Sound understanding of general corporate laws, including consumer protection, legal metrology, insolvency and bankruptcy (IBC), e-commerce, and contracts.
Dealing with investigation agencies, police officers, regulators, and other government officials and responding to their queries/notices.
Abreast in negotiation and mediation skills, pre-litigation handling procedures, and dispute prevention methodologies.
Excellent in written and oral communications, working with cross-functional teams, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, and PowerPoint presentations.
Co-ordination with advocates, law firms and briefing to senior counsels.
Updated with business and legal environment. Keen to know about new laws, policies, judgments etc.
Basic understanding of business transactions viz. procurements, supply chain, production, export, import, sales, services, customer handling etc. would be an added advantage. Required Behavioural Skills:
