Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements.

• Negotiates transactions and agreements governing M&A, business transfers, collaborations licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Qualification & Experience

• POE-2 years to 3 years

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Laws, Real Estate Law, Employment Laws, etc..

• Client-service experience.

• Impeccable written and spoken language skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.

• Valid license to practice law
