Job Description:

Responsibilities

• As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our transaction advisory team and working closely with clients to provide strategic advice on a variety of transactions.

• You will also be expected to assist with the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and provide guidance on legal and regulatory compliance issues.

Qualification & Experience

• The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in M&A, private equity, commercial and financial transactions, and/or venture capital transactions. 

• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory

• Strong background in corporate law, with experience in M&A, private equity, and/or venture capital transactions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
