Job Description:

Our client, a highly reputed transactional and disputes law firm with offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore is looking to hire Energy and Infrastructure Associates (multiple roles) for their Mumbai office. 

Energy, Project, Regulatory and Infrastructure:

• Drafting and preparation of all kinds of contracts especially for energy, project and infrastructure including for wind, solar, C&I projects.
• Drafting and preparation of letters, notices and correspondences with relevant stakeholders.
• Having up to date knowledge on the sectors.
• Research and follow up on legal points and precedents.
• Preparing legal opinions, advices and synopsis on issues.
• Document management.

Requirement

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership.
• Exceptional MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Expert-level skills in written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective while working on independent assignments.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outward looking, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Not staying restricted to what has been assigned only but always looking to add value for process improvement and standardization.
• High Project Management ability and ability to close tasks showing tangible results.

Education and Experience

• Law Degree (LLB/LLM) from a reputed University.
• Minimum experience of 2-4 years in a similar role
