Qualification & Experience

• Candidates pursuing or having a C.S or C.A qualification are preferred.
• PQE: 3+ Years
• Litigation: Experience in Corporate, Civil & Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy; The Candidate must be capable of handling work independently on litigation cases before various Courts particularly before the High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT.
• Non-Litigation: Experience in Contracts and Corporate Transactions.
• The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Law, communication, drafting and research skills and must be able to work effectively with teams.
