Job Description:
- Optimus Legal is looking for an Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team in the Mumbai office.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting the dispute resolution team in primarily commercial litigation matters, IBC matters and SARFAESI matters across courts/tribunals in Mumbai.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior NCLT and DRT experience.
- Good drafting skills are a prerequisite.
