Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handling Trademark Prosecution and litigation matters.
• Working on client queries, providing opinions, drafting documents, Preparing write-ups
• Legal Research and preparing Briefs for counsel / Senior Counsel
• Attending hearings before IPO and High Court

Qualification & Experience

• We are looking for Law graduate having 0-1 years of experience in the field of trade mark prosecution and litigation to join our Mumbai Office.
• An ideal candidate must be based in Mumbai.
• Must have completed Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) (including 2023 pass-out) preferably registered with Bar Council.
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
