Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Secretarial and compliance work 
• Understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, Factories Act, Contract act.
• Handling of all ROC compliance under the Companies Act 2013.
• Skilled in drafting resolutions, conducting board and shareholders meetings, pre and post Compliances for Board/ General Meetings.
• Preparation of Annual Report & Board Report. 
• Coordinating in Statutory Audit of the Company.
• Preparation and Filing of Annual Return of the Company.
• Issue of securities in the company.
• Registration of charges, status, and search reports.
• All work relating to shares and their transfer and transmission.
• Maintaining and updating of statutory records and registers

Qualification & Experience

• CS with about 1-2 years of Post-Qualified Experience.
• Preferable with LLB qualification.
• For corporate compliance and advisory work.
