Experience

• PQE: 4-5 years
• Should have sound experience in IBC and Appellate proceedings before Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court, inclusive of drafting, researching, briefing Counsels, appearing before the forums abovementioned, etc.
• Ability to independently handle matters end-to-end.
• Leadership and team building attributes.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical & research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
