Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Advising on fund raising activities to support the business of Navi, including negotiating and facilitating execution of contracts.

• Advising on structuring and regulatory aspects of fund raising.

• Advising on a wide variety of investments across sectors, including negotiating and facilitating execution of contracts.

• Reviewing, negotiating and facilitating execution of commercial contracts.

• Providing transaction advisory support for Navi’s strategic investments and managing such deals end-to-end.

• Liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognised university.

• Between 1-2 years of relevant Post Qualified Experience.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills.

• Experience working with a banking and finance/ securitisation practice at a corporate law firm is preferred.

• The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgement.
