Job Description:

• They are hiring for Arbitration & Litigation professionals, Taxation & FDI professionals, Capital market professionals, Media & entertainment professionals

• Locations: Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Litigation assistance: briefing, interpreting and drafting submissions

• Provide support on structuring of the transaction, taxation, legal, business & other aspects of FEMA, FDI and ODI

• Provide advisory on legal and regulatory matters relating to capital market transactions Work with bankers/merchant bankers for approvals from regulators, listing agencies and rating agencies & appear before SEBI Adjudicating Officer.

• Securities Appellate Tribunal

• Identify, prospect and finalise clients in the media and entertainment industry

Qualification & Experience

• LL.B/LIM candidates with Post Qualification Work experience of 5-7 years.

• Have primary focus on arbitration and litigation

• Have adequate competence in Arbitration Laws, Civil, Criminal and Constitutional Law

• Have adequate knowledge of Copyright Law. Trademark Law traher relevant laws

• Have worked in a major Corporate or Law Firm

• Have a strong and pleasing personality, leadership qualities strong communication skills

• Have sound reasoning and interpreting abilities and the willingness to work in teams Have interest in working on other practice areas of the Firm wherever required
