The work would involve extensive drafting and court appearances.
The candidate is reasonably expected to be well-versed and fairly conversant in the art of drafting pleadings, applying their mind on the controversy of facts and question of law involved in the matters.
We encourage young professionals to appear before courts, including High Court, and argue matters - provided that one exhibits requisite skills, passion and has exhaustive preparation in place.
Candidates with prior experience in Criminal (especially White Collar criminal) law and Insolvency & Bankruptcy law practice will be preferred.
