Carrying out due diligence and health checks to ascertain the status of compliances and supporting clients with carrying out ongoing compliances.
Drafting, reviewing and vetting memorandums of understanding, term sheets, and commercial contracts, such as agreements for sale and purchase of goods, agreements for rendition of services, joint ventures and partnership agreements, agreements for sale and purchase of immovable property, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, agreements for assignment of intellectual property rights, trade and technology transfer agreements, agreements for loan or mortgage, etc.
Ability to analyze commercial transactions and advise clients on various legal aspects, as may be applicable.
Candidates should have good communication skills (both oral and written) and associates having experience in drafting/client handling, research and court appearances would be given preference. The individual's commitment would be rewarded graciously at the end of each month and the credibility of the individual would also be gauged on a timely basis.

Graduation in law and enrolled in any State Bar Council
