Job Description:

Experience

• Currently seeking to recruit a Lawyer (2-4 years of work experience) for our Project Infrastructure & Energy Team.
• Preference will be for people with law firm experience or experience of working with any reputable Renewable Company.
• Familiarity with infrastructure project structure and documentation and bankability issues in sectors such as power, mining and transport/roads.
• Ability to lead due diligence/compile DD reports and prepare key issues list of project development contracts/off-take arrangements
• Ability to prepare first drafts and review EPC contracts, PPAs, Concession Agreements etc. 
• Sound knowledge of electricity laws and contracts law. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with the client.
• Ability to participate in negotiations.
• Ability to acquire knowledge on current market trends.
