Negotiate and draft contracts for film and television deals, endorsement deals, and concert performances.
Safeguard celebrities' intellectual property rights and address issues concerning copyright infringement and unauthorized use of their likeness.
Assist with legal concerns arising from media appearances, interviews, and public statements.
Offer guidance on privacy and defamation issues to uphold the celebrities' reputation.
Represent celebrities in legal disputes, such as contract conflicts, defamation cases, and breach of privacy claims.
Collaborate with entertainment industry professionals like agents, managers, and publicists to ensure legal compliance and protect the celebrities' interests.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is a plus.
Active and in-good-standing membership in the relevant bar association.
A strong track record of effectively drafting legal notices, agreements, and MOUs.
In-depth understanding of media law, intellectual property rights, and contract law.
2 to 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably within the media or related industry.
Exceptional research skills to analyze intricate legal issues.
