Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Advise celebrities on legal matters related to their careers, including contracts, copyrights, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
• Negotiate and draft contracts for film and television deals, endorsement deals, and concert performances.
• Safeguard celebrities' intellectual property rights and address issues concerning copyright infringement and unauthorized use of their likeness.
• Assist with legal concerns arising from media appearances, interviews, and public statements.
• Offer guidance on privacy and defamation issues to uphold the celebrities' reputation.
• Represent celebrities in legal disputes, such as contract conflicts, defamation cases, and breach of privacy claims.
• Collaborate with entertainment industry professionals like agents, managers, and publicists to ensure legal compliance and protect the celebrities' interests.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is a plus.
• Active and in-good-standing membership in the relevant bar association.
• A strong track record of effectively drafting legal notices, agreements, and MOUs.
• In-depth understanding of media law, intellectual property rights, and contract law.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably within the media or related industry.
• Exceptional research skills to analyze intricate legal issues.
