Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafting and review trust deed, Wills, ESOP Scheme, other document / agreement in relation to Succession Planning and ESOP/ EWT
• Reviewing, vetting and drafting of Company agreements such as NDA, Referral agreements
• Research - Provide elaborate legal research on estate planning, family law & tax queries and ESOP
• Research on regulatory compliance, taxation, remittances & FEMA related queries
• Compliance, Risk management/mitigation and adherence to system and processes
• Other Responsibilities - Sporadic reconciliatory duties and responsibilities as company may deem necessary
   

Qualification & Experiencce

• B.B.A/ B.A. LLB
• Relevant computer skills and communication skills
• Minimum 3+ years of in-house legal experience. Preferable with Trustee/Private Banking/Wealth Management Industry
