Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
• Convene and service board meetings, AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
• Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as auditors.
• Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization.
• Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
• Act as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers
• Manage the Secretarial/Compliance Audit
• Sign Annual Return where necessary and be responsible for other declarations, attestations and certifications under the Companies Act.
• Assist in securitization process of the projects and coordinate with external advisors.

Qualification & Experience

• CS
• 2 to 5 Years of proven experience (Preferably with Renewable energy experience)
