Responsibilities

• Reviewing, revising, and drafting clear, legally sound contracts and agreements
• Negotiating favorable terms and mitigating legal risks
• Assisting with master service agreements, vendor contracts, statements of work
• Ensuring smooth contract execution across teams
• Maintaining meticulous records of executed contracts
• Providing general legal guidance on contracts

Experience

• 2-6 years experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Relevant legal acumen
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues
• Diligent work ethic, team mentality, and desire to learn
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Prior experience in a similar contract specialist role at an NBFC or FinTech would be favorable.
