• Legal Research and Analysis
• Drafting, Vetting, and Reviewing Legal Documents
• Client Communications and Deliverables
• Corporate Compliance and General Advisory
• Schedule Management and File-keeping
• Due Diligence and Transactional Support

• General Corporate
• Transactions - M&A, Real Estate, Start-up Investments
• Transactional support – Due Diligence, negotiations, execution
• Labour & Employment
• Corporate Disputes Resolution and Troubleshooting
• Drafting of Commercial Contracts and Documents
• Data Privacy

Qualification & Experience

• Law graduate from a recognized university
• Registered with the State Bar Council
• Detailed understanding of substantive and procedural laws
• Experience in the respective profile is preferred, though freshers will be considered too.
• Good legal acumen and understanding of the profession
• Excellent drafting skills and business communications
• Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspaces
• Should be able to use digital tools and databases for research – (MCA21, Manupatra, AIR, etc.)
