Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

•  Drafting general corporate and commercial contracts including but not limited to shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, term sheets, founder s agreements, ESOPs, Service Agreements, , software license agreements, supply agreements, Ed-tech agreements, Fin tech agreements etc. for clients

• Strong in corporate law and contract drafting and review.

• Handling multiple client requirements

• Communicating with the client on regular basis and understand their requirement and supporting them

• Preparation of all corporate documents necessary for corporate compliance for the clients

• Handle Corporate due diligence.

• Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations etc.

• Support in transactions pertaining to M&A, Private equity and project finance.

Qualifiication & Experience

• LLB from a well-recognized law university.

• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in corporate law

• Experience in handling multiple clients
