Corporate Lawyer - Remote

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Support transversally the areas of the company that require their advice and legal support.

• Be well versed in general corporate and business law.

• Organize and control the legal documentation of the company.

• Create concepts when required to comply with the legal parameters of the operation of the company.

• Keep current on industry-wide legal trends and developments.

• Handle regulatory approvals, authorisation and licenses including related analysis and applications.

• Assist in negotiation of contracts for different business lines.

• Take prudent risks within the context of the business in general and advise and implement solutions to address different situations.

Qualification & Experience

• Law degree from a university with a focus on corporate law.

• Qualified to practice law in a jurisdiction.

• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in a global law firm and / or as a corporate advisor in a hospitality company.

• Business proficiency in English language required.
