Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and more.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide proactive legal guidance.
• Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.

Qualification & Experience

• B.B.A. + LL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M. / Ph.D. (Law)
• Experience: 2 years
• Proficiency in legal research and staying updated with relevant laws and regulations.
• Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
