Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal counsel to clients on cross-border disputes, encompassing a wide range of commercial, financial, and regulatory matters.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis of international laws and regulations relevant to the cases at hand.
• Collaborating with international legal teams and clients to develop effective strategies for resolving cross-border disputes.
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements pertaining to cross-border disputes.
• Representing clients in arbitration proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Appearing in court and handling litigation matters related to international disputes when required.
• Staying abreast of developments in international law, treaties, and regulations affecting cross-border disputes to offer up-to-date advice to clients.
• Assessing risks and potential legal consequences associated with cross-border disputes and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal services to meet their specific needs and objectives.

Qualification & Experience

• Foreign LLM or UK/US Law Qualified (preferable)
• 2 Years (Cross-Border Disputes Lawyer)
