Job Description:

 Contract Negotiation & Documentation

• Negotiating, drafting, vetting, reviewing & finalising agreements

• Identifying legal & business risks associated with contracts / agreements & taking pragmatic steps to resolve & mitigate risks

Property due diligence & related documentation

• Reviewing and handling all property related transactions of the Company including property due diligence to verify title of property

• Identifying legal & business risk associated with procuring any property on lease or purchase or otherwise by the Company and advise on steps for mitigating risks.

• Advice on documentations to be taken from the owner for protecting interest of the Company and drafting, vetting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation with respect to property related transaction.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Handling Intellectual property rights protection portfolio of the Company including trademarks, copyrights, patents & designs

• Providing feedbacks to solicitor/Attorneys in IPR related matters and other matters to the panel advocates

• Periodically reviewing the status of all trademarks, patent and other intellectual Property rights and giving necessary directions to the Attorney for applying and renewal of all registration under IP laws

• Coordinating IPR committee meetings, updating all stakeholders with monthly MIS of all IPRs.

Regulatory Compliance and legal advisory

• Ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to rules & regulations laid down under various acts and regulations.

• General legal advisory support to the cross functional departments including advise on Company policies and internal documentation from legal perspective

• Assisting in ESG implementation and related SEBI compliance
