To prepare draft replies, applications, evidences, affidavits, writ petitions related to industrial disputes/ labour matters and other matters.
To efficiently handle and regularly update the management on the status of various litigations pending at various fora/courts/tribunals.
To advise, appear and represent the Company in conciliation proceedings/ mediation along with HR personnel before the relevant authorities.
Coordinate with lawyers and internal stakeholders/ functions for preparing replies/submissions and follow up with lawyers/consultants for managing end to end litigations filed for and against the Company
Advise IR/HR team on the day to day queries related to employment/labour laws and the operating procedure for disciplinary actions/departmental enquiries
To conduct or coordinate research on legal issues & update stakeholders on the new judgements/ laws
