Executive/Senior Executive - Contracts (LLB)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting, negotiating and standardizing commercial agreements, vendor agreements, HR agreements, supplier agreements, agreements relating to branding, marketing, NDAs, and all agreements pertaining to the Company

• Researching and opining on any legal/ compliance matter pertaining to the Company including general corporate matters, changes in the regulatory regime or laws applicable to the Company

• Collaborate and liaise with clients and internal departments

• Ensuring implementation of commercial contracts and in-house compliance

• Understand business priorities and products / solutions and be solution oriented in business

Qualification & Experience

• LLB with excellent credentials

• Minimum 2-3 years of exposure as an in-house lawyer in any industry (managing contracts reviews and negotiations)

• Experience in drafting, negotiating, vetting and advising on commercial contracts

• Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
