Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Experience of leading the transactions and leading a team of 4-5 associates.
• Candidate should have excellent research, drafting and communication skills.
• Candidate must be capable of conducting thorough research.
• Drafting Legal Opinions based on precedents based upon a variety of legal sectors including Cross-border Transaction, FDI/FEMA/RBI Regulations Banking regulations, M&A, Taxation and General Employment Law and other general Corporate Advisory.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize and manage work-load effectively, recognize the quick turn-around requirements, work independently with a proactive approach, and take responsibility

Experience

• 4-5 years PQE in corporate and commercial advisory and transactional practice, M&A, PE/VC, Cross Border transaction and regulatory advisory.
