Qualification & Experience

  • LLB, LLM with MSW.
  • Additional MBA if available will be preferable
  • Registered with Bar Council of India
  • 20 Years plus experience (A- Minimum 10 years in Construction Industry, B - Minimum 5 years as Head of Legal Team)
  • Well versed with constructed related Compliances, Labour Laws, BOCW, POSH, EPF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Taxation, GTI & GHI, Annual Returns and Contract Labour Act
