HR Executive

Job Description:

• If you have a strong passion for corporate law and dedication to contribute to the field of law.
• Contract Period: We have a lock-in period of 12 (twelve) months (inclusive of 3 months of probation period) which is compulsory and applicable to all.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers as will be specified
• Ensure implementation of HR policies/processes
• Suggest new policies, processes and methodologies for better functioning of the organization
• Design remuneration, incentives and benefits packages
• Implement performance review procedures
• Hire, develop and retain quality associates
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives for all associates
• Manage grievances of associates
• Oversee daily operations of the organization

Qualification & Experience

• PQE : >2 years
• Knowledge of office and HR management systems and procedures. Law background or experience working in HR department of LPO/Law firm preferred.
• MS Office and English proficiency.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Graduation/Masters degree in HR
• Prior work experience in HR role
