Job Description:

Qualification & Experience

  • LLB (+CS qualified will be preferred)
  • Company Secretary qualification will be a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Insolvency Bankruptcy Code,2016 (NCLT) is must.
  • Experience of 2+ yr shall suffice in IBC and company Act.
  • Experience in CIRP & Liquidation also.
  • Experience of Appearing in court like NCLT is a must.
  • Good English Communication skills
  • Drafting Skills should be good.
