• They are seeking an IP Associate to join our IP Research, Analysis, and Advisory Division at BananaIP Counsels.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of projects encompassing legal research reports, opinions, oppositions, portfolio management, and litigation management.

• This position requires specialization in several areas such as Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, eCommerce Law, Entertainment Law, and more.

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate superior analytical skills and an open-minded approach to complex issues.
