About The Internship

• Meesho is looking for interns. As Intern Legal, you will be the one among other 12+ professionals working in domains such as advisory, contracting, new expansions, and launches.
• They believe in a well-balanced work-life. That’s why, they have both weekly review calls as well as regular engagement activities in order to facilitate a friendly work environment.
• As a legal intern, you will get hands-on experience working in a house legal team for one of the top 3 e-commerce companies in India.
• You will support company lawyers in researching and advising on legal issues related to a wide range of transactions.

Responsibilities

• To research using various research databases including Manupatra on legal queries.
• To prepare replies, notices, and notes for legal propositions asked by the team.
• To draft, review, and negotiate contracts, as required.
• To assist the team in managing relevant tasks related to legal compliance, research, and document management.

Eligibility

• Currently in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law
