Assist in company secretarial activities with respect to the Clients, including holding of Board/ Committee, Shareholder Meetings.
Filing of applicable forms, statements, returns with regulatory authorities including from time to time.
Liaise with the clients, other agencies, with respect to obtaining/ providing necessary data/ information relevant to the Secretarial function.
Preparation and maintenance of checklists, SOPs and database pertaining to the Secretarial function of the Clients.
Support such other activities of the Secretarial function of the Clients, as may be assigned from time to time.
