Job Description:
Our client, a well-reputed law firm with offices in multiple cities across India and with a diverse practice is looking to recruit a IP - Lawyer
Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of necessary documents for patent and trademark registrations.

Appearance before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property registrations and enforcement.

Drafting applications, pleadings, opinions, license/ assignment agreements, production agreements, content and distribution agreements, product placement agreements etc.

Conducting public searches, preparing due diligence reports.

Appearing in prosecutions and oppositions before the tribunals and courts.

Familiarity with international IPR laws and norms; GDPR compliance.=
