I.P.R. and Legal Associate

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage IPR matters of all startups associated with the incubation centre

• Meet targets for IPR activities as per targets issued by respective government departments for the incubation centre

• Managing legal cases (if any) from start to end

• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, MOUs, agreements, contracts etc as needed

• Updating and consulting with senior associates.

• Executing trademark and copyright applications and prosecution

Qualification & Experience

• LLB graduates (3 - 5 years) from a well-reputed institute.

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IPR

• Attention to detail and sound knowledge of contracts, MoU, NDA, and partnership drafting

• Experience of executing trademark and copyright shall be preferred

• Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills to handle Intellectual Property matters from start to end
