Junior Lawyer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to clients.
• Day-to-day tasks include conducting Corporate law research, drafting Corporate legal documents, reviewing contracts, advising clients on legal matters, and filing of IBC, NCLT Petitions. Additionally, the Junior Lawyer will represent clients in NCLT, IBC proceedings, if necessary.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus
• Previous experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and relevant legal frameworks
• Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Admission to the Bar Council of India
