Roles and Responsibilities

Law Officer

• To assist the Law Officer in Grade-I in the duties mentioned below:

• To provide in-house legal assistance to the office of CEPI;

• To draft affidavits;

• To monitor the status of litigations pertaining to enemy properties;

• Any other task assigned by CEPI on legal matters from time to time.

Chief Supervisor

• Preparation of proposal along with documentation for disposal of enemy properties.

• Submission of reports with the vesting of property by CEPI.

• Regular interaction with District authorities for updating the enemy property record.

• Overall supervision of the work of the Supervisor/Surveyor

• Liaison with Revenue Deptt./Officers of the State Govt.

Eligibility Criteria

Law Officer

• Retired Government Officer of ILS/ Central Government office from analogous post

• A person having a Degree in Law with a minimum of 3 years experience in the practice of Law.

• Working knowledge of Computer is essential.

Chief Supervisor

• Retired Government Officer at the Level of ADM or DS or US with legal background

• Working knowledge of Computer is essential.
